march camp owned....time passed super fast...lols. maybe cos used to being tekaned alread.....
but must train up on my physical lar..cos now my "power arm" is the left arm....den always kena abrasion when i lean on tt side during pumpings....so shld train up the right arm too...
any idea why the left is the power arm though im a right hander? its due to the way pt used to be conducted i guess... cos last time is always at grandstand steps.... then as the step is quite narrow , my right arm always end up leaning on the wall of the step...leaving the left to do most of the work.. lols.
